The University of South Dakota has recently made the move to NCAA Division I after being one of the premier D II track and field programs in the nation capturing a total of 44 team conference championships. Also the track and field program has over 175 men All-Americans with 6 national champions, and over 215 All-Americans with 12 national champions on the women side. Now we set our sites on the future to build a very competitive team at the NCAA DI level with our excellent facilities, coaches and atmosphere.
