Mission
The USD Public Interest Law Group (PILG) is a recently formed
organization at the University of South Dakota School of Law. The
mission of PILG is to
provide students interested in public interest careers with information
and resources about internships, fellowships, career development and
other related opportunities; to hold public interest-related events at
the law school; to provide support to students who do not want to
pursue a traditional private-sector legal career; and to educate the
student body as a whole about public interest law.
