The National-Dobro Corporation produced aluminum lap steels under the all three of their brands: National, Dobro, and Supro. The Dobro No. 1 Electric Hawaiian was introduced in 1935 and went through a series of minor variations before it was discontinued two years later in favor of the wood-bodied model (see NMM 11255). Length: 923 mm (36-1/2").
