NMM 14393. Oboe by Jacob Denner, Imperial City of Nürnberg, ca. 1725. Stamped on all three joints: I • DENNER (in scroll with ends rolled up) / I [fir tree] D. Pearwood. Three brass keys. SATW. Length: 574 mm. Ex coll: Willi Burger, Zurich. Vinatieri Family Trust, 2009.

Remnants of sealing wax are present within this decoration cut into the bell. The stamp, 1754 / H I [within elablorate scrolling], may provide a clue as to the identity of an early owner.
