Boehm system, closed hole, C foot. Two sections. Engraved on socket: MADE BY / C. G. CONN / ELKHART / -IND.-; stamped on upper end of body: FACTORY 34; stamped on upper end of body and under G-sharp key: 10950; stamped under G-sharp key: H / 10950; stamped on body on top rib: H. Silver plated. Ebonite embouchure plate and index finger rest with inlaid, mother-of-pearl dots. Ebonite c and c-sharp rollers. Sixteen gold-plated keys. Closed G-sharp key; G trill key; B trill key; no B-flat lever. Total length, 25-1/4" (642 mm). Used by the University of North Dakota Military Band, Grand Forks, early 20th century. Arne B.
