Welcome to the South Dakota Shakespeare Festival!
The mission of the South Dakota Shakespeare Festival is to provide free, lively, and accessible Shakespeare to the communities of South Dakota and the surrounding regions.
The festival will have its official launch in June 2012 in Vermillion, South Dakota and will consist of outdoor Shakespeare performances in the amphitheater in Prentis Park and theatre workshops for all ages. All festival events will be free and open to the public.
The festival dates for 2012 are June 8th-10th. Mark your calendars and plan to join us for this exciting event!
