Visit the chemistry faculty pages to find overviews of the work each professor is interested in. You can work in a lab as a volunteer, for credits, and for payment in some occassions. Inquire with the professor you're interested in working with!

Undergraduate Research Opportunities Summer 2008
  • Northern Plains Undergraduate Research Center (NPURC) sponsors summer research grants for first and second year undergraduate chemistry students. The research may be conducted at another university in the consortium (North Dakota, South Daktoa, and Iowa).
  • Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) summer research funds are allocated to selected chemistry undergraduate researchers. If you are interested, speak to the chemistry professor whose project interests you.
