Welcome

The Advocacy Coordinating Team at the University of South Dakota works in partnership with the Clinical Psychology Training program to protect, advocate for, and promote the highest standards in the research, teaching, and practice of psychology in order to further the education and development of all psychology students. Additionally, ACT works to establish and maintain relationships with relevant professional groups, such as the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (AGAGS), the South Dakota Psychological Association (SDPA), the Council of University Directors of Clinical Psychology (CUDCP), and the University of South Dakota (USD). We also aim to provide leadership development opportunities in order to further expand the reach of our profession. In all, we dabble in a number of relevant professional issues, always with the interests of the profession of psychology and its students in mind.

Feel free to browse our site. Any questions or comments can be directed toward ACT's leadership (you'll find contact information on the "Leadership" tab).
